You won’t see any packages or programs to choose from here. I meet wedding pros where they are in their business. After a complimentary consultation, we will set goals for what we want to accomplish for your business and you will receive a custom quote for that work.

Most of my clients choose to establish a monthly package. Others want to do more project based work. (Those clients usually end up loving the experience and shifting over to a monthly package, as well.)

There is also the option of spending time together 1-on-1 (via Zoom) and I can teach you how to write and optimize content for your own business. (Warning, those clients also usually end up loving the experience and shifting over to a monthly package.)

I do not offer set pricing and packages.

Each client gets a custom package based on what they need for their business.

Wedding Pro Blog Package

Two blogs per month optimized for SEO. The focus is on connecting with couples, educating couples on your service, and often highlighting venues and other wedding pros you’ve worked with. Emphasis is on creating local SEO so your couples can find you and fall in love with you before they ever get on a call. Guidance for using my Post-Publish Checklist is included for maximum impact.

Wedding Pro Email Series

A custom email series that perfectly reflects your brand and your service. Send to couples that don’t get on a call or book right away. Connect, educate, and stay in front of the couples that just need more time to invest. Your series can be 3 months, 6 months or longer. Follow up guidance can include calls and text messaging. Create a series that works for you.

Wedding Photog Blog + Pinterest Package

One blog per month optimized for SEO to showcase your recent photos. The focus is often on highlighting venues and other vendors in the area to create local SEO. You can also educate and answer FAQs while showing off your beautiful images. Each blog post can be shared using my Post-Publish Checklist which includes a minimum of 10 Pinterest pins.

Your Wedding Business BFF

A monthly one hour Zoom call where we work together to optimize your messaging and your website, set up your email and text messaging follow up, and troubleshoot other parts of your communication. We can beef up your Google Business Profile or brainstorm blog topics. Each wedding pro has different needs and is in a different place in their business.

These sessions include goal setting and to-do lists. Entrepreneurship can be isolating and we all work better when we are held accountable. This isn’t a coaching session, but a place to review goals from the meeting before and set new ones.

I’m not a good fit for all wedding professionals. Here is a look at what my clients need to have:

  • a website & a business email address (not free)

  • a Google Business Profile (or be ready to set one up)

  • at least one social media channel they are active and posting content to (FB, IG, TikTok, Pinterest)

Here are some other characteristics of my clients that you may be able to identify with:

  • you do great work and you have the reviews to show it but you probably aren’t leveraging them as social proof

  • you’ve got a long list of things you’d like to be doing to properly market your business but you just don’t have time

  • you have at least one social media channel, such as Instagram, that you frequently create content for but you just don’t often repurpose your content for anything else

  • you don’t have a lot of time (or patience) to tell someone else what to do and exactly how to do it so you appreciate someone that is intuitive and can quickly adapt to your voice and your brand
